This is an overview of the Terms and Conditions presented to each Franchise company operating under the Paeon name. It is the liability of the individual limited companies listed at the end of this document to operate within these guidelines.
1. PARTIES
A) ‘The Paeon clinics’ refer to the individual Limited companies marketed within the Paeon Franchise Group Ltd website (www.paeon.co.uk).
b) The “Customer” means the person, firm or company as shown on the Order buying Goods/Services from the Company and any person to whom or for the benefit of whom the Goods may be delivered.
c) The “Services” means the services described on our website, booking confirmation and reminder email.

2. INTERPRETATION

3. THE BUSINESS OF THE INDIVIDUAL LIMITED COMPANY CLINICS
These terms outline the general Terms & Conditions presented to the individual companies marketed on Paeon.co.uk
Each individual clinic represents an individual Ltd company that has its own GDPR, Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions obligations.
These terms and conditions set are out to give an overview of the terms and conditions we expect each Ltd company to adhere to. The Paeon clinics provide a wide range of services specific to the sports therapy remit although from some of the clinics within the website may provide services outside of this sector including Physiotherapy services. They do so at there own discretion. All of the services fall within this remit, and each are recognised as qualified and insured Sports Therapists with the exception of any clinical associates, staff or self-employed team members whose qualifications may vary but will be represented as such. Each individual location is that of a separate Ltd company with its own Privacy Policy, GDPR policy and Terms & conditions. These policies can be found by clicking the links on the individual clinic pages found on this website or by emailing the appropriate clinic on the details at the bottom of this page.
We accept no liability for misinterpretation of our title, profession and services provided as they are clearly stated throughout the website on the main page and that of the individual Ltd companies.
It must be understood that The Paeon clinics are Sports Therapy driven companies with the exception of the individual clinics that may adopt a Physiotherapy model or similar. All details are displayed within the individual clinics pages on the website. It is understood that from time to time the Invidia clinics may work with self-employed therapists adopting several different remits relating to this specific industry or similar (their qualifications are clearly displayed on our website and only services relating to that therapist can be booked with them through this website).All services advertised via our website are in direct relation to the qualifications held by the individual practitioners of the clinics represented on the website.
4. SERVICES
Sports therapy services featured on our website relate to all services delivered by Paeon and associated Limited companies. Where Physiotherapy services are advertised this is in direct relation to qualifications and governing body registration held by clinicians of that particular individual limited company. These services aim to record vital information relating to your current condition, medical and health history and assess your current condition objectively to help develop a suitable treatment plan. Treatment can vary but will all be within the scope of a Sports Therapy remit unless otherwise stated on the individual clinics booking page.
Conditioning services are applied as general treatment and do not constitute a medical service. You should not seek Sports massage without first consulting with your GP and if you take any medication or you are suffering with illness, injury or underlying health conditions please seek medical attention first. If you are unsure your therapist will ask you during screening and may exempt you from treatment if they feel it is not appropriate. The Paeon Franchise Group and Paeon Clinics accept no liability for failure to identify medical, health or illness conditions relating to non-disclosure.
It is important that you provide us with all the information we request to ensure safety and reliability of the assessment. During your assessment we may decide treatment is not suitable and advise an alternative such as a hospital visit, GP appointment and this is done at our own discretion.
You must understand that our role is to give a clinical impression of your current condition and treat with appropriate modalities based on our opinion at the time. We are not able to diagnosis illness, disease or any other physical or mental disorder. A Sports Therapist does not prescribe medical advice nor perform spinal manipulations. This may vary for Physiotherapy clinicians and this will be clearly outlined under the individual clinics own terms and conditions – You can request a copy of the terms and conditions for each individual clinic by emailing to appropriate business on the details at the bottom of this page.
You will be given the opportunity at the end of your session to review all of our notes and you can request details of our assessment with a full overview at a cost of Max £15 (Depending on the detail and length of the report) by emailing the appropriate clinic relating to your booking/s. If you are unsure of which email address you require, please send an email to Info@paeon.co.uk with your request.
6. IMPORTANT LIABILITY STATEMENT
Any information or services available throughout or in connection with the website, or at any treatment given by therapists representing the individual companies advertised on this website at the time of the service, do not constitute medical advice and it is your responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice, that you are fit and well for such treatment. It is not our responsibility to do this for you. Before commencing any treatment, you should consult your doctor first if you are unsure or email the clinic you are booked in with. The relevant email address should be available on your booking confirmation but if this is not readily accessible, please contact head office on info@paeon.co.uk It is also vital that you supply us with correct information about yourself and update us immediately should this information happen to change. We cannot be liable for any incorrect information supplied to us. We try to make sure that all information contained on this website is correct, however, subject to the paragraph below, we do not accept any liability for any error or omission. We exclude all liability for any action you take, loss or injury you may suffer (direct or indirect including loss of pay, profit, opportunity or time, pain and suffering, any indirect, consequential or special loss, however arising) as a result of relying on any information on this website or provided through any service supplied by us to you.7. WARRANTIES
The Paeon Clinics commit that the products and services will be supplied with reasonable skill and care within the remit of the Sports therapy profession unless otherwise stated and all services provided will be via a fully qualified and insured practitioner. It is the obligation of the individual companies providing services to adhere to the terms and conditions.
8. PAYMENTS, STATUTORY RIGHTS, REFUNDS& CANCELLATION
All treatments must be paid in full no later than the date of your booking and at the end of your booking time before exiting the clinic. We must also ask you agree to our 24-hour notice policy. If you are booked in for treatment but miss or cancel within the 24-hour notice period, you will still be charged a maximum of £15.00 cancellation fee.
We require a minimum of 24-hours notice for a rescheduled or cancelled session and be aware that you will be charged up to a maximum of £15.00 cancellation fee for any missed or cancelled sessions if the 24-hour notice period is not met to cancel or reschedule.
Treatment fees may be increased by Paeon franchise group and/or The Paeon clinics at any time. The Proprietor shall give clients no less than 14 days’ notice prior to any increases.
The rights of cancellation, refunds and any limitation expressed in these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Refunds in relation to products or services may only be refunded to the credit or debit card originally used to make the purchase.
Information displayed on the website or in a The Paeon clinics as to pricing and availability is subject to change by The Paeon clinics without notice.
Treatment is always subject to availability; however, we will always do our best to accommodate you in your chosen service.
These terms and conditions highlight the general use of the services provided by The Paeon clinics and the individual Ltd companies the term The Paeon clinics represents.
Your use of the services booked via the online booking systems hosted on the website or at the treatment clinic will be subject to these terms and conditions. By using the website and any products or services, you now hereby agree to these terms and conditions.

The booking platform is part of the Cliniko software utilised by each individual clinic marketed on this website. Control of this system lies with the individual clinics represented on this website. The booking system is embedded onto the website to allow online bookings. This system is operated by the individual Limited company clinics represented on the website. It is the obligation of each individual Ltd company clinic offering services on the website to adhere to current GDPR guidelines.

On that basis, except as expressly set out in these terms, The Paeon clinics do not enter into conditions, warranties or other terms in relation to the services (including any implied term relating to quality, fitness for a particular purpose) or any guaranteed or predicted result. The Paeon clinic sare not responsible for the content of this website and pages or for anything provided by them.
Subject to the important liability statement, The Paeon clinics are not liable for failure to comply with these terms and conditions due to any event beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, the input of incorrect information by you.
12. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF SERVICE
The Paeon clinics may suspend or terminate the service immediately in the event you breach any of these terms and conditions or do not pay any sums due toThe Paeon clinics(including if the credit/debit card you use is not valid or does not work for another reason).
13. CONTRACT INFORMATION
No contract will exist in relation to the services or products until The Paeon clinics have confirmed to you by email the particulars of your order, the value of your order and the products or services (as applicable) you have purchased.
14. GENERAL
The Paeon clinics may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. By browsing the website, you are accepting that you are bound by the current terms and conditions. These terms and conditions form the entire understanding of the parties and supersede all previous agreements, understandings and representations relating to the subject matter.
