Privacy & Security Statement

Update: 21/09/2020: To help with Track and Trace we may need to use data collected during the online booking process to help minimise the risk of coronavirus infection. This may include Name, Email address and Contact phone number. The sharing of this information is strictly for the purpose of NHS Track and Trace. You will always be contacted before we share this information to ask for permission. We take handling and processing of Data very seriously and aim to keep personal information as safe as possible. As we only use data to benefit our own services your data is safe with us.

Here at Paeon injury and fitness our staff will gather and process personal data to carry out services previously requested by the client. All data is given by the client at their own will. This data is processed and stored on a password protected device in which access is granted only to the person/s processing the data.

Other data processors: Miss Chloe Harley, Miss Aimee Clemson, Miss Claudia Moscato and Miss Emma Kirkwood (For the sake of consultation)

Time in which requests will be adhered: up to 2 working days (unless otherwise stated)

Where its stored: On a secure hard drive with password encryption and via cloud storage through Cliniko. This is a  password protected storage system. More details can be found here https://www.cliniko.com/

Why its stored: In order to carry out services at Paeon and for promotional purposes within Paeon.

Types of data stored:

  • Personal details including name, address and DOB

  • Medical and health details such as allergies, injury history and medical conditions

  • Data recorded through our consultation with regards your current injury/reason for visiting Paeon

  • Email address and phone number

  • Data that you enter is recorded via our booking system

We do not share data with any third parties unless agreed in writing with yourself and this request will be stored by Paeon injury and fitness. The only time we would recommend this is for the purpose of benefiting your experience with Paeon.

Data is accessible at any time to yourself and to access this data to do the following:

-Delete

-Request a copy

-Amend or change

-Remove from mailing lists

 All you need to do is contact Paeon injury and Fitness at info@paeon.co.uk with the following information.

  • Details of the request

  • Consent to release data

  • Purpose of data request

  • Name, address and form of identification (if necessary)

 

Further to this if you seek to change, delete or access any data please send an email to info@paeon.co.uk with full details of your request. If we dispute the terms of your request we will detail the reasons why and provide information on how to appeal this decision.

All documentation sent between clients and paeon injury and fitness are password encrypted to ensure maximal security and this is done via email. If you would like to arrange a different method of delivering documentation please specify in an email to info@paeon.co.uk.

 

If you wish to opt out of any promotional emails, texts and correspondence you hold the right to do so, please contact Paeon at info@paeon.co.uk. All mailing lists are self subscribe and we do not automatically enter you into them. Our texting service is not alternated but if you do wish to stop receiving update text messages please send the word ‘STOP’ to Paeon injury and fitness on 07983806166.

 

Card details and data recorded through our online store conforms with data protection through Pay pal, iZettle and/or Sumup. We do not hold financial details and we do not store your card details in any way. Please find details of our payment merchants privacy and GDPR policy on there website.
